3D Design

Wax Injection Process
Our automated pressure and vacuum-controlled wax injection process ensures high-quality shape and surface. We clean each wax piece for a smooth finish, transforming every wax model into exquisite fine jewelry.
Casting Process
Casting Mold: Mixed investment fills the cylinder tree, covering all wax; finest investment ensures a smooth surface with a fully air vacuum system.
Lost Wax Casting: Overnight, the oven heats the wax to 450°C-650°C, with specific temperatures assigned for optimal quality.
Casting: Liquid precious metal is injected at 900°C-1200°C, tailored to each design for the best casting results.
CNC
Our company utilizes advanced CNC machinery for jewelry production, ensuring precision and intricate designs. This cutting-edge technology enhances efficiency and quality, allowing us to create stunning pieces that meet the highest industry standards.
Finishing & Assembly
We refine rough casting surfaces using abrasive media in progressive steps.
Parts are meticulously assembled using laser welding, ensuring precision and superior quality.
Microscopic Hand-Setting
With 35 years of experience in high-end jewelry production, our company ensures that every stone, whether diamond or gemstone, is meticulously hand-set by high skilled masters, delivering exceptional quality and precision in each creation.
Hand Polishing
The brilliance of the polished surface is achieved through exceptional craftsmanship, hand polishing from rough materials to the finest media.
Laser Marking
For precise and elegant logo engraving on each jewelry piece, marking is performed using a laser marking machine.
Custom printing of content is also available.
Quality Control
We maintain strict product quality control, inspecting each jewelry piece with a magnifying glass to ensure perfection in every detail.
